HOW CAN I RETURN AN ITEM?
At RopaDance we want all our customers to be delighted with their orders. So, if for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can make any change of size, heel, colour, or article of the same amount. To make an exchange you must contact us through our email info@ropadance.com and we will indicate the steps to follow. The maximum time limit for the exchange is 14 calendar days from the delivery of the order.
The customer/buyer will be responsible for making the return and must assume all the costs involved in the return, such as shipping costs, customs, loss of package or any error in the return, and must be made through the preferred courier. We recommend that shipments are made by registered mail and we attach the proof of delivery, because if sent by ordinary mail we are not responsible for any possible losses that may occur. The instructions for the return will be detailed via e-mail.
Once the return has been received and the exchange management process has been completed, the new order will be processed, which has the same delivery terms and conditions as a new order.
If you choose to be reimbursed, this will be done by means of a voucher card with no expiry date, which can be exchanged in our online shop for other items.
No cash refunds will be made.
We do not accept exchanges or returns of the products included in the Last Sizes section unless AxionfitDance has made a mistake in the order or the products are defective.
In case of factory damage or shipping errors by RopaDance, you must notify us within 48 business hours of receiving the order and only in that case can the customer claim a refund for the item or a new shipment. In these cases, RopaDance will be responsible for the shipping costs or return of the product.
Only items purchased directly from AxionfitDance will be accepted. For products purchased from other authorized stores, please contact them directly for returns.
Returned items must be unused, in the same condition that we sent them to you, and in their original packaging. If the condition of the product returned to us is not acceptable, we reserve the right not to refund or exchange.
No changes or refunds of gift cards are accepted. Gift cards cannot be exchanged in any case for cash, they will only be valid to purchase products from our website www.ropadance.com.
Returns made without a receipt may be refused.
RopaDance reserves the right to refuse any return.
If you wish to exercise the right of withdrawal of RDL 1/2007 of November 16, 2007, you must inform us at info@ropadance.com and the return must be made within 14 calendar days of receipt of the article.

Processing of returns may take up to 14 business days from the date we receive your return. We will send you an email to confirm once your return has been processed.
For returned items, a full refund will be credited for defective products.
WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY REFUND?
All refunds will be credited to your original form of payment. If you paid by credit or debit card, refunds will be sent to the card issuing bank within 14 business days of receipt of the returned item or request for cancellation. Contact the card issuing bank if you have questions about when the credit will be posted to your account.
